I focus on being the most positive and upbeat person I possibly can at every given moment! Yesterday was a bad day. Mind hurted, body ached, had no energy, etc. Everything I did just did not seem to help. So at the end of the day I wrote everything in my Journal that I felt had anything to do my physical reaction I was having.
Throughout this “Cleansing Process” in my Journal, I wrote down all my true feelings of anything and everything that I could think of. I addresses issues, looked at my goals, dreams and ambitions, etc. Wrote a few letters to people that I needed to have resolve with. Meditated and gave forgiveness to those in which I felt have wronged me. Lastly I gave thanks and gratitude for everything in my life!
I laid down at 11pm, which is early for me and woke at 130am soaking wet from sweat. My body did a natural toxin discharge of all the negative things that had built up in my body! I felt completely refreshed and recharged! Amazing how the mind controls and can affect everything we do.
So if you have a bad day, write things out, forgive those who need forgiving, deal with any negative stuff in your life and create resolve, if you need to, write letters to those in which you need to communicate with. It is your choice tomorrow or later if you send it to them. Re-address your goals, dreams and ambitions to see if you are in alignment.
Sometimes we need to clean out our minds of the trash and garbage that builds up!
