Fear is something that most people have. Some have it more than others.  The great thing is that fear is a learned trait.  So lets look at what it is you are afraid of: When there is a particular thing that triggers the emotion of fear one of two things is happening.  Either you are recalling or possibly even reliving a previous experience of your own or even reliving someones else’s fear that they have taught and cast upon you.

First determine the root of the fear.  Figure out the “Why” behind the fear.  Many times just the discovery of the why you have the fear combats it.  Other times you must use your mind to think it through and reevaluate or possibly reprogram your mind so that activity, object or thing is no longer a fear.

Once this is done it is amazing how great it really is.  A good example is when I didn’t like bugs or wild animals.  Now I embrace them.  Just this year at my house I have caught a rattlesnake, scorpion, turantula … been a few feet from deer, coyote, racoon, bobcat, etc.  All without feeding or putting food out for them.

Dig deep on your fears and embrace them.  Remember, its usually not the thing that causes the fear that will hurt you, it is the fear that causes the bad decisions that cause the damages!
