Render more service than that for which you are paid
and you will soon be paid for more than you render.
The law of “Increasing Returns” takes care of this.

Could you imagine that if only 10% of the people around you did more than what was expected  of them how much more easy life would be and how much more productive the world would become … with just 10% of the population doing more than what is expected of them!  In todays society people want to get paid and not do anything for it, much less do anymore than what was expected of them.  The great thing is if you can master this technique you will move so much farther ahead in not only your life but also your career!  Your value as a person and career individual will rise tremendously!

If on everything you did you rendered an extra 10% of your performance what would that do for your business?  If your boss said your job is to sell 10 of these widgets a day and you consistently sold 11 or more a day … just think in one year, an average of 22 work days, you would have sold an extra 264 widgets or would have sold over an extra months worth of inventory!  If you are on commission you would have made an extra months worth of income in one year by just increasing 10%.   It is just that extra one thing a day that gives you that big boost, but with you aside, think about what that does for everyone else!  You are making a better opportunity for others too!

The law of “Increasing Returns” will always take care of you!  The more volume you do today, will further increase as you continue to go the extra mile!  So focus on delivering more than paid for and you will be fairly compensated in the end!
