Most people have … only to gain it right back!

What is the secret to losing weight and keeping it off?
It truly is very simple!

First thing, pay attention to what you eat.
Second, exercise, even if it walking a few minutes each day.

What are the things that make us FAT?

Sugar
Flour
Calories

It is truly that simple!

If you reduce or better yet completly cut out Flour and Sugar, what is left?  Primarily healthy, natural foods and the opportunity to loose weight.  This will not be a diet, it will be an eating habit, a new life direction.  To be even more healthy limit the amount of fat that you eat and focus on twice as much green (Veggies) as you do meat.  So lets say for lunch have a salad to start with a chicken breast and a serving of vegetables, drink water or a natural fruit juice.  Be aware that most juices today are loaded with added sugar and corn syrup, it needs to be 100% fruit juice!

Another way to stay healthy is to eliminate the sugar substitutes.  This includes all soda, even sugar free!  Eat all natural, eliminate all processed foods, be aware of the amount you eat, introduce exercise and it will be hard not to loose weight! 

I lost over 50 pounds in six months by doing just this!  I eat fruits and/or egg whites and a breakfast meat in the morning, two servings of veggies and one serving of meat for lunch and dinner.  Never go hungry and always have lots of energy!  The only time I had an evergy drain is when I eliminated caffiene a few weeks in and within two weeks my energy level was higher than ever!

The only other factor is that you must honestly and truly want to loose the weight!  I woke up one morning a little over six months ago and was tired of being FAT, so I made a decision to loose weight!  Can you or are you willing to make that commitment?  I had to give up my cookies and ice cream, Doritos, bread and all the other things that were caking up my insides and making me fat!  I made the decision and changed my lifestyle and yes I am the only one in my house that is doing it!  So yes it can be done … it is all Mental!  Do what I do and play a mnetal game with yourself … and you will be a winner!
